The Needs Group – a well established concierge service, developed and honed into a multi–sector company providing quality bespoke solutions to fulfil your individual needs. Founded by company director Matt Cheshire in 2000, the Needs Group has developed from its routes as a company providing artist liaison and stage management, expanding and creating departments in order to offer a comprehensive service to the music industry. From there, the Needs Group expanded its market and today, we offer our services to clients across the board.

The company consists of four divisions:

  • Artist Needs: The one stop solution for the music industry, providing a vast range of services from artist liaison at the biggest festivals to global tour management.
  • Aviation Needs: Providing private jet and helicopter charter to some of the biggest names in the sport, entertainment and business world. From a transatlantic jet charter to a Glastonbury helicopter, we provide a competitive and efficient private aviation service across the globe 24hrs a day 7 days a week.
  • Event Furniture Needs: Furniture hire solutions to complete your event, offering anything from sofas to full artist greenroom design and deployment. We can offer anything from dry hire to delivery and set up including a creative design service.
