We believe an artists’ experience backstage is as important as the fans’ experience out front. A relaxed, well looked after artist delivers a better show, and that’s where we come in.
Artist AdvanceGreat artist liaison starts long before show day. Our team fully advances every show, working with artist management, agents, touring teams and production to confirm riders, set times, crew and artist accreditation, guest lists, and other catering and hospitality requirements.
Working closely with artist management and production, our teams take care of every detail on site:
Dressing rooms and green rooms: styled and furnished to each artists’ taste, often with furniture and soft furnishings from our sister company, Furniture Needs.
Hospitality riders: specially sourced, set out in full and replenished when needed, however specific the request.
Meet and greet: artist teams are welcomed, accredited and taken straight to where they need to be, whether it’s on stage or to the dressing rooms.
Transport and timings: artists are kept on schedule and moved smoothly between hotel, site and stage.
Last-minute requests: handled quickly and quietly.
